They wanted a 100 dollar deposit and if you smoke and your clothes smell like smoke when you go back in the room you will lose your deposit.

The manager was kind of difficult to talk to and seemed not to like me very much but after a few nights stay eventually warmed up to me
That I had to pay an extra 15 dollars for late checkout and could only check out an hour later

The stay was decent! Check in was early, hotel was comfortable, locations was easy close to the stadium. I had an extremely spacious and functional room with all good facilities and everything was great.

The spacious, well-lit areas made navigation easy. I adored the cozy waiting room, which reminded me of my grandmother's living room.
More attention to cleanliness is needed.

Mold in shower in the bathroom. Very unclean. Dusty, used dirty rag on tv stand. Asbestos popcorn ceilings.

Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere
I stayed for two nights and found the room to have a cozy corner perfect for winding down with a book. The friendly staff made a great first impression and were helpful with local dining suggestions. Some areas could definitely use more cleaning attention to elevate the overall experience.

Location & cost. Nice folks!
The mattress was fine but the bottom sheet was a flat sheet too small for the mattress. I had to remake it in the middle of the night a couple of times.
